Chloe brings extensive industry leadership to the role. She was promoted to the presidency in August 2024 following the passing of visionary founder and CEO Mark Millman. Having worked closely alongside Mark for seven years as a key executive, Chloe brings deep knowledge and proven success in recruiting and business development. 

Throughout her career, Chloe developed expertise in human resources and recruiting. Her experience spans established businesses and entrepreneurial brands, and she has successfully guided organizations through critical phases of creation, growth, and stabilization.

Before joining Millman Search Group in 2018, Chloe served as the Director of Human Resources at &pizza, a D.C.-based fast-casual food startup with locations throughout the East Coast. Under her leadership, &pizza doubled its locations and grew its workforce by over fifty percent.

As Director of Human Resources at Honest Tea, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, she led the company’s successful transition from independent ownership to subsidiary status, preserving employee satisfaction, corporate culture, and key processes.

Serving as Talent Manager at Discovery Communications, Inc., she represented on-air personalities across the global media company’s original and educational programming channels. 

Drawing on over a decade of experience with hyper-growth startups, Chloe provides critical insight and guidance to help emerging brands build a committed workforce, enabling owners to focus on developing and refining operations. 

She combines her proficiency in developing human resource systems and strategies with her commitment to understanding every company’s unique needs, personalities, and culture. Her people-first approach and comprehensive industry knowledge allow her to elevate established businesses and position startup brands for sustainable growth. 

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University.

Chuck’s contributions have been integral to Millman Search Group’s success for nearly two decades. Under his leadership, the company has grown from its first assignment to managing over 150 accounts.

At Millman Search Group, Chuck specializes in placing candidates across management levels in the retail and shopping center industries. His comprehensive knowledge encompasses distribution, logistics, merchandising, marketing, construction, and facilities management. His deep experience and versatility make him a highly effective recruiter.

Before joining Millman Search, Chuck held management positions with industry leaders such as Gap, Limited, Hit or Miss, and Webster Men’s Wear, where he developed industry insights that informed his recruitment strategies. His background in retail operations gives him a unique perspective on matching candidates with organizational needs.

Chuck’s approach centers on building long-term relationships through a genuine and thorough understanding of client needs. His focus isn’t on

commissions—it is on commitment to each and every client.

During his tenure at &pizza, one of Fast Company’s fastest-growing fast-casual concepts, he transformed the brand from a regional favorite to a national presence. He launched new locations, rolled out an innovative mobile food unit business, and developed leadership programs that prioritized both efficiency and fun.

His hospitality foundation was built during a decade at Pearl Hospitality. As Corporate Director of Learning and Culture, his engaging training programs led to award-winning properties and top guest satisfaction rankings. As General Manager, he demonstrated his talent for opening successful properties and building teams that consistently delivered memorable guest experiences.

Ken’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that exceptional service and positive, dynamic workplaces go hand in hand. His unique background in music and education—holding advanced degrees from Baylor University and Cameron University—influences his collaborative approach to building, harmonizing and conducting successful teams.

Previously, at Cana Development, she served as the Commercial Real Estate Agent and Marketing Manager, specializing in retail, mixed-use development, food halls, and entertainment venues.

Lauren’s career began in restaurant operations at age 16, building over 15 years of hands-on experience in food service and hospitality. Her passion for people helped shape her people-focused approach to business development.
