Chloe Rosenthal serves as President of Millman Search Group, bringing extensive industry leadership to the role. She was promoted to the presidency in August 2024 following the passing of visionary founder and CEO Mark Millman. Having worked closely alongside Mark for seven years as a key executive, Chloe brings deep knowledge and proven success in recruiting and business development.
Throughout her career, Chloe developed expertise in human resources and recruiting. Her experience spans established businesses and entrepreneurial brands, and she has successfully guided organizations through critical phases of creation, growth, and stabilization.
Industry Experience
Before joining Millman Search Group in 2018, Chloe served as the Director of Human Resources at &pizza, a D.C.-based fast-casual food startup with locations throughout the East Coast. Under her leadership, &pizza doubled its locations and grew its workforce by over fifty percent.
As Director of Human Resources at Honest Tea, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, she led the company’s successful transition from independent ownership to subsidiary status, preserving employee satisfaction, corporate culture, and key processes.
Serving as Talent Manager at Discovery Communications, Inc., she represented on-air personalities across the global media company’s original and educational programming channels.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University. She lives in Potomac, Maryland, with her husband, two teenage children, and three Golden Retrievers.
