Professional Background
Mark Millman began his career in the corporate world, holding various executive-level Human Resource positions with national retailers, hospitality, and consumer product companies.
In 1982, he founded Millman Search Group and remains the driving force behind the company’s growth. Utilizing the experience he gained at Marriott Corporation, Woodward & Lothrop, Webster Men’s Wear, and other leading retail and hospitality organizations, he leverages his knowledge of the industries and a vast professional network.
Adding to his experience in the commercial real estate industry, he also started a construction company that specialized in tenant build-out and remodeling which operated and represented retail and hospitality chains.
Personal Story
Mark has served on the advisory boards for Value Retail News, a subcommittee of ICSC, and on GBMC’s Hospital Board in Baltimore, Maryland.
He is also an advocate of Animal Rights and has been a member of the SPCA and Humane Society for years.
When not hiking and touring Antarctica where he visited numerous penguin colonies, you will find him enjoying time with his family.
