Jake spent 10 years at ESPN, where he built a career spanning production, operations, talent development, and talent acquisition. He partnered with leaders across the organization to recruit top talent, develop emerging professionals, strengthen candidate pipelines, and support workforce planning initiatives. His experience managing teams, mentoring employees, and collaborating across multiple business units gives him a well-rounded perspective on what drives successful hiring decisions.
Jake is known for his transparency, responsiveness, and genuine investment in each candidate’s success. He believes recruiting is built on trust and communication, an approach that has earned him the confidence of both hiring leaders and candidates alike. He is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, taking the time to understand each organization’s culture and each candidate’s career aspirations, creating matches that drive success for both individuals and the businesses they join.
Jake earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in Management & Leadership, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Purdue University.
