- Contingency Search. When timing is not a factor, a risk-free option for mid-level positions, whereby you pay only upon hiring one of our candidates. Additional benefits include experienced recruiter representation; intensive pre-screening; extensive reference checks; and offer presentation.
- Volume Search. This option is typically utilized in cases of aggressive growth or company restructuring with numerous hiring needs in one or multiple markets, with a defined timeline for meeting hiring deadlines. Fees and terms are uniquely customized.
