Natalie brings a multidisciplinary background across client strategy, business development, and operations, with experience supporting relationship-driven organizations across the healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.

Prior to joining Millman Search Group, Natalie worked alongside founders and executive teams within high-growth brands, supporting strategic growth initiatives, client engagement, and operational coordination. Her experience spans women’s wellness, luxury retreats, and brand expansion initiatives, giving her a strong understanding of organizational culture and high-performance environments.

A former Division I athlete at Syracuse University, Natalie is recognized for her adaptability, strong interpersonal instincts, and ability to build trusted

relationships within fast-paced environments. Her approach is grounded in discretion, thoughtful communication, and a genuine interest in connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities.

Natalie is currently completing her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in South Florida where she resides, reflecting her longstanding interest in human performance, leadership, and personal development.

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, movement, wellness, and experiences that broaden perspective and inspire growth.
