Lauren Bailey has joined Millman Search Group as an Executive Recruiter, bringing with her a wealth of experience across various industries and a proven track record in business development. Her career highlights include driving revenue growth, cultivating lasting relationships, and maximizing client opportunities with a quick, strategic, and results-driven approach.

Her diverse industry experience spans commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, non-profit, and wellness sectors. In her previous role as corporate sales manager for Planet Aid, a national non-profit, Lauren secured valuable retail and real estate partnerships across 16 states. Prior to this, she worked as a commercial real estate agent and marketing manager for Cana Development, a commercial real estate firm specializing in retail, mixed-use development, food halls, and entertainment.

Additionally, Lauren brings over 15 years of experience in the food service and hospitality industry, having worked in restaurants since the age of 16.

Lauren is passionate about people and dedicated to helping clients achieve their long-term goals. Her strategic mindset and extensive background make her a valuable asset to the Millman Search Group team.
