Harriet graduated from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communication/Journalism and a minor in Social Psychology. She got her professional experience starting at the Baltimore Hilton/Omni International Hotel as Personnel Manager in a Unionized environment. After the Omni Hotel, she went to work for Martin's Caterers, the largest social caterer in the Maryland area, as Director of Human Resources. There she orchestrated the staffing of newly rebuilt Martin's West. Other professional credits include a 75% reduction in worker's comp temporary total disability payments for Phillips Harborplace and a 20% drop in unemployment expenses for Penn Parking. Harriet's contribution to Millman Search Group has been immeasurable since starting in January 2002. She has used her HumanResource and Labor Relations background along with computer expertise to provide the professional recruiters at Millman with a solid backup.
